St. Louis News: City Issues Building Permits Totaling $1.14 Billion for Fiscal Year 2018

ST LOUIS, MO – City of St. Louis Missouri announced that they issued a record of construction permits valuing the projects at $1.14 Billion for the fiscal year of 2018.

Some familiar projects underway include St Louis University hospital campus, 100 North Kingshighway development, Ballpark Village Phase II and the St. Louis Community Colleges’ new Center for Nursing and Health Science.

Out of 7,322 housing permits issued, 86% are located in rehabilitated buildings.

Investment value of $556 million include projects at Cortex Innovation District, parts of the Botanical Heights, Central West End, Cheltenham, Forest Park Southeast, Kings oak, Midtown and Tiffany neighborhoods illustrating strong interest.
